MEETING MINUTES FOR THE SCPN STEERING COMMITTEE

Meeting called to order at 6:20 pm.
Directors Present:    Bjorn, Kathryn, Katy, Keswyn, Juan, Joe, Corvus, Shay, Dan
Directors Absent:    no board members
Quorum is met.

1.    Old Business

   A.    Welcome to new board members:    Juan, Joe, Dan

   B.    Social:  Kathryn    Yule

   C.    Public Relations: Shay:  is notifying WACCO of our general meetings

   D.    Non-profit status: Bjorn:  needs to be applied for before Dec. 31st.  
                   Agreed.

   E.    Treasureršs Report: Dan: $1287.00 in account
                       Some member checks to be deposited
                           
   F.    Membership:  Dan: number of members 17-18.
   

2.    New Business

   A.    Yule

Joe: volunteered to organized ritual. Shay to help.  Keswyn, Katy to help regarding myth.  Keswyn:  Holly King, Oak King displays Corvus to sing "Here Comes The Sun". Yule to consist of gag-gift giving, ritual, dinner, Yule log, food drive. The ritual will be first.

       
   B.    Food Drive: Dan will distribute food drive collections to two local charities.


   C.    Other New Business

       1.  Pagan Community

           Finalization of emergency call lists:  will post on list.

The next meeting will be in January 2004
