1.    New Business

   A.    Non-profit information    Katy to get

       1.  Do we need to be a nonprofit organization
           need for a public service announcement
           we can take large donations
           tax write-off

       2.  Consensus on being a non-profit

       3.  Contact Secretary of State for a packet for 501(c3) info. - Katy

       1.  Shanti:  auditing experience
        

   B.    Member service

       1.  501(c3) org
           quarterly board meetings
           minutes
           $350 to incorporate as a 501(c3) org.
           $1,000 in cash

   C.    Sonoma County Pagan Pride:    possible future goal

   
2.    Future Business for new board

   Update non-profit status, items to sell, Wolf to speak, use building for as much as possible, Yule agenda
